As part of the series “Local History Meetings” May 30 in the Vitebsk Regional Library named after V.I. Lenin a meeting was held with Alexander Baranovsky, First Deputy Director for Scientific Work of the Center for Research of Belarusian Culture, Language and Literature of the National Academy of Belarus, candidate of historical sciences, author of popular science publications and biographical reference books, works on the history of Belarusian statehood.
During the meeting presentation took place books "Vitsebshchyna ў dzyarzhaўna-teraryal settlement of Savetskaya Belarus (1919-1924)" and the collection "Talachyn region: history - cultural decline of the region"
