Main directions of scientific activity of the department

Study of Belarusian literature of the 20th – early 21st centuries:
  • aesthetic understanding and philosophical generalization of the achievements of national classics;
  • clarification of the current literary process and determination of the patterns of its development;
  • solving problems of artistic method, style, genre, form;
  • determination of national spiritual guidelines, reception to the global and presentation of the original.
