May 28, 2024 at 11.00 at the Institute of Linguistics named after Yakub Kolas Center for Research of Belarusian Culture, Language and Literature of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus there will be a round table “AAcademic lexicology and lexicography: acquisitions and prospects”, dedicated to the 40th anniversary of its release "Tlumachalnaga slounika Belarusian language» (1977–1984).
During the round table, it is planned to discuss the role of “Tlumachalnag Slounika Belarusian Language” in the development of domestic lexicography and linguistic science in general, to note the features of the study of the lexical-semantic system and vocabulary of the modern Belarusian language, to focus on the problems of modern Belarusian lexicology and lexicography.
The round table will take place on May 28, 2024 at 11.00 in room 302 at the address: st. Surganova 1, bldg. 2.
